1-1 Support to Sleep Like a Baby!

Service Description

This is a package of 6 x 45 minutes sessions where we will work together to improve the quality of your sleep. Over the course of 6 weeks, you will work with a mix of online content and weekly 1-1 sessions during which you will - uncover what's going on for you right now - learn about the science of sleep and, more importantly, how this relates to you specific situation - work to address stress and anxiety issues that may be underpinning your poor sleep - put in place subtle changes that can make a significant difference to your sleep patterns By spreading the sessions over 6 weeks, we allow time for changes to take effect and for the impact on any adjustments to be seen. You are supported at each stage along the way so that we find out what works best for you on this journey of discovery.
