Supporting Your Clients When Energy Becomes the Missing Piece

If you work with clients who are living with ongoing exhaustion, disrupted sleep, or the longer-term effects of stress, you may already be familiar with this…

They’re often doing all the right things.
They’re engaged in the work.
And yet, their energy is still limiting what’s possible for them.

Sometimes, this sits comfortably alongside the support you’re offering.

And sometimes, it becomes the piece that needs a little more focused attention.

This is where my work can gently come in.

How I Support Clients with Fatigue and Low Energy

I work with people who are living with chronic fatigue, burnout, or low energy — often over a long period of time.

Together, we explore the deeper patterns that can quietly drain energy, including:

  • ongoing stress responses within the nervous system

  • unresolved emotional experiences

  • disrupted sleep

  • the way energy is being used, managed, and restored

My approach is gentle, structured, and paced carefully around the individual.

It’s not about pushing for change, but helping clients understand themselves differently — and from there, begin to rebuild their energy in a way that feels sustainable.

When Might a Referral Be Helpful?

You might recognise clients who:

  • are still functioning day-to-day, but their energy is limiting their lives

  • seem to move between doing too much and needing to pull back

  • feel frustrated that nothing they’ve tried is really shifting things

  • are open to exploring the emotional or longer-term patterns behind how they feel

  • would benefit from a more focused space to work specifically on their energy

If that feels familiar, they are often a good fit for my work.

Ways Clients Can Begin Rebuilding Their Energy

I offer a few different entry points, depending on what feels right for the individual.

A Gentle Starting Point

The Owning Your Energy webinar series, the Inner Energy Connection and the A Bit More Energy sessions offer a simple, pressure-free way for people to begin understanding their energy differently.

For many, this is enough to create small but meaningful shifts.

Focused Support

Shorter programmes such as Sleep Like A Baby, Trauma Release, Affirmations and Kinesiology support specific areas of focus, in a manageable and supportive way.

Deeper Work

For those who are ready, programmes such as Your Energy – Your Way provide a more structured space to explore and rebuild energy over time.

Working Alongside You

My intention is always to complement the work you are already doing — not replace it.

Clients often continue working with their existing practitioners while engaging with my programmes.

Where it feels helpful, I’m always happy to stay in touch so that support remains aligned and centred around the client.

Referring a Client

If you feel a client may benefit from this work, you are very welcome to introduce them to my webinars or programmes.

If it’s helpful, I can provide simple wording or links that you can pass on — keeping things easy for both you and your client.

A Small Thank You

Where a client you refer goes on to join a programme, I offer a thank you — simply as a gesture of appreciation for the trust you place in me.

There’s no formal process required unless you would like one.

Let’s Stay Connected

If you’d like to explore whether this work might support your clients, or simply have a conversation, you’re always very welcome to get in touch.

And if we haven’t met yet, please do feel free to introduce yourself.

Warmly,
Suzanne xx
