Upcoming Programmes to Support Your Energy

Throughout the year I run a small number of structured online programmes designed to support women living with chronic fatigue, burnout and nervous system overload.

These courses combine education, reflection and practical tools to help you understand your energy and begin rebuilding it in a calm, sustainable way.

What to Expect

All programmes are designed specifically for people living with chronic fatigue and nervous system overload.

​

That means they are:

🌿 Calm and paced – sessions are structured so you can engage without becoming overwhelmed

🌿 Flexible – materials can be revisited and applied at your own pace

🌿 Supportive – you’ll gain practical tools and understanding that continue beyond the programme itself

🌿 Small and personal – group programmes are intentionally kept small so everyone feels supported
