The right to be informed

What we collect

We collect the following information:

  • First name

  • Contact information – email address only

  • Confirmation of whether you want to receive our monthly newsletter

  • Background information about your fatigue illness via the Online Health Profile

What we do with the information we gather

We require this information to understand your needs and provide you with a better service, and in particular for the following reasons:

  • To be able to contact you to set up you free 30 minute Health Profile Review

  • To send you our monthly newsletter

  • From time to time, we may also use your email information to contact you for market research purposes.

How long we keep your information
  • Online Health Profile form – this will be kept for 6 months after the Health Profile Review if no further consultations take place.

  • Online Health Profile Review –  if further consultations take place, it will be kept for 10 years (this is a requirement of my insurance company to retain records of consultations for 10 years).

  • Email address for newsletter – an email will be sent each March seeking confirmation that you want to stay on the newsletter mailing list.

Controlling your personal information

We will not sell, distribute or lease your personal information to third parties unless we have your permission or are required by law to do so.

The right of access

You have the right to access your personal data, and supplementary information, so that you know what we hold and can verify the lawfulness of the processing.
