TIR Exploration
Releasing the emotional charge from trauma, feelings, thoughts & pain.
Service Description
Thoughts, feelings, and emotions that constantly swirl in your head, use up energy and leaving you feeling drained. Most of us experience this from time to time as we react to events. But sometimes a significant accident, incident or experience can leave us feeling as though we can't move on, it's just too painful to even think about. We can end up with a bunch of emotions that are so difficult to live with. They're exhausting, and constantly fighting against them is exhausting. It has been my experience that confronting and handling these experiences from the past is a key part of regaining energy from chronic fatigue. Freeing up your mental and emotional energy has a significant positive impact on your physical body energy. TIR is a way of diffusing the emotions through repetition of telling the story of your experiences. In this Exploration session we will review the Confidential Client Questionnaire that you have completed, including the incidents and situations you have identified before you have an opportunity to experience a short demonstration of the technique on a safe subject. We will also look at tools and techniques to support yourself as you handle and confront the issues that are causing you pain and upset.
