As I'm sure you are very well aware, your Chronic fatigue is complex, with lots of different aspects involved. You're probably dealing with many different symptoms on top of your fatigue and pain, not to mention your own unique life experiences and hopes for the future. I know how daunting it can be to reach out and talk about what is going on for you. This free call gives us the time to gently discuss what's ging on for you in a safe and non-judgemental space. You may be concerned about what you could be letting yourself in for or you may not be entirely convinced that there is anything that can be done to make you feel any better. I understand that you may have concerns and questions. It is really important to me that my clients feel comfortable and confident in choosing to work with me. That's why I offer this call. It gives us an opportunity to meet, find out a bit more about each other and see if we feel like a good fit. It's also important for me to understand more about what is going on for you so that I can identify what options may be most appropriate for you. Although everyone's individual experience of chronic fatigue, M.E/CFS and Fibromyalgia is unique to them, there are common areas that underpin what is going on for most people. ​My role as a specialist practitioner is to tailor what I can offer so that we address each of the areas that are specific to your situation. Doing this means we can reduce the time it takes for you to regain your energy as we get to the cause of your chronic fatigue and pain symptoms. By the end of our appointment, you will have clarity around the next steps for you, should you want to take them . There is no obligation, or pressure, to do anything further.
