Chronic fatigue conditions are usually complex with lots of different aspects involved. They very often include multiple symptoms in addition to fatigue and pain. Each person comes with their own unique set of symptoms, life experiences and hopes for the future. I know how daunting it can be to reach out and talk about what is going on for you. This free call gives us the time to discuss it ina safe and non-judgemental space. You may be concerned about what you could be letting yourself in for or you may not be entirely convinced that there is anything that can be done to make you feel any better. I understand that you may have concerns and questions. It is really important to me that my clients feel comfortable and confident in choosing to work with me. That's why I offer this call. It gives us an opportunity to meet, find out a bit more about each other and see if we feel like a good fit. It's also important for me to understand more about what is going on for you so that I can identify the most appropriate way forward for you. Although everyone's individual experience of chronic fatigue, M.E/CFS and Fibromyalgia is unique to them, there are common areas that underpin what is going on for most people. ​My role as a specialist practitioner is to tailor your recovery so that we address each of the areas that are specific to your situation. This approach shortcuts your journey to recovery as we get to the cause of your chronic fatigue and pain symptoms. By the end of our appointment, you will have clarity around the next steps for you, should you want to take them . There is no obligation, or pressure, to do anything further.
