B&R Affirmations for Fatigue

Service Description

The Breakthrough & Reconnect Health Affirmations were created to support you on your journey of SELF Discovery as you unpick what's holding your chronic fatigue in place and regain your energy. The subtle energy of these Affirmations helps to bring about similarly subtle changes in your energy, awareness, and connection to yourSELF. They gently support and guide your body as it too changes it's energy levels. My aim with this package of 3 x 30 minute sessions is to enable you to connect deeply with yourSELF. During the 3 sessions, you will be supported in: - learning about each of the 6 categories of SELF. You'll be working with SELF Care, SELF Love, SELF Expression, SELF Understanding, SELF Compassion and SELF Worth. - how to work with the Affirmations in a way is tailored to what's going on for you right now, and, where you want to be instead. - unpicking the areas of interest that the Affirmations bring to light. By spreading the sessions over 12 weeks, we allow time for changes to take effect and for the impact on these adjustments to be felt. You are supported at each stage along the way so that we find out what works best for you on this journey of SELF Discovery.
