When You Want Something Gentle —
But Meaningful
If you are living with chronic fatigue and feel:

-
Disconnected from your body
-
Overwhelmed by medical appointments
-
Curious about a holistic approach
-
Ready to explore what your system might be holding
-
Open to participating in your own recovery
Kinesiology can offer a gentle starting place.
Not to fix you.
Not to diagnose you.
But to help you understand your system differently.
What Kinesiology Is (In This Practice)
Kinesiology uses muscle response testing to identify areas of stress within the body.
In my work, sessions focus on:

🌿 Energy balancing
🌿 Emotional stress patterns
🌿 Nervous system load
🌿 Subconscious blocks to progress
🌿 Supporting your system to feel safer and steadier
Sessions are calm, spacious and tailored to your energy levels.
You can:

-
Actively participate using simple self-testing techniques
-
Or relax while I test on your behalf (surrogate testing)
If you book an hour but only have 30 minutes of energy, we work with that.
The remaining time can be used another day.
This work honours your capacity.

Who This Is For
These sessions work best for people who:

-
Understand that they are not broken
-
Are willing to reflect and engage
-
Want insight rather than a quick fix
-
Are open to making small, meaningful adjustments
Kinesiology can be:

-
A gentle entry point into deeper work
-
A way to build trust and connection
-
An add-on support alongside programmes
-
A focused space to shift emotional blocks
What This Is Not
While some practitioners use kinesiology for food intolerance testing, this is not an area I specialise in.

If you are specifically seeking food intolerance testing, I am very happy to recommend trusted colleagues who focus on that work.
My focus is energy balancing and emotional stress support within the context of chronic fatigue recovery.

How This Fits Within My Wider Work
Kinesiology is one part of a larger ecosystem designed to support energy restoration.

Some clients begin here before joining the Your Energy – Your Way Programme.
Others use sessions alongside:

-
Trauma Release (TIR)
-
Sleep Support
-
Affirmation-based reflection work
It is a supportive tool — not a standalone “solution.”

The main thing I like about kinesiology is that it takes the mind out of the equation. It allows the body to tell you what is wrong rather than the mind telling you what it thinks is wrong.
The kinesiologist asked me questions which required a yes or no answer. My body answered by the muscle response in my arm. I found the whole treatment interesting, yet quite relaxing.

Health Kinesiology has provided a space for me in which to explore my rather complex emotions over life events, without having to revisit the horror that these memories contained.
It has allowed me to review these events calmly and objectively allowing me to find solutions and ways to heal the emotional scarring so that I now feel better able to deal with what life throws at me. It is one of my favourite holistic therapies as it helps peel back a layer, not painfully like ripping a plaster off but gently without judgement.

You Are Not Broken.
Your body has been protecting you.

Sometimes it simply needs space, attention and support to begin releasing what it no longer needs to carry.

Kinesiology can help open that conversation — gently.
