December Dreaming
About the Workshop
In my experience, December is usually one of THE most hectic months of the year. Â
I used to find that I would spend the first 24 days dashing about, fitting everything in. Â By Christmas Day, I was exhausted!
All of the busy-ness oin the run up to Christmas had taken the fun out of the season - it simply felt like a whole load more jobs to do!
So now, I do things differently! Â I'd like to invite you to join me each Thursday in December at 1pm to take the time to relax, to find your inner calm and just "be" for a short while.
We'll breathe, unwind, Â and rest with a short meditation. Â
There's no need to "know" how to meditate, unwind or rest - you'll find a way that works for you.
What's more important is deciding to gift yourself the space and time to recharge.
Would you like to join me? Â Â It would be lovely to see you. Â
There are four dates available, you are welcoem to attend all or some, Â even if you can only make one of the dates you will feel so much better for it!
Donations
I am not charging for any of the December Dreaming sessions but would be delighted if you made a donation to charity.
Detailed below are two suggestions for you to consider, but please feel free to go with your heart if you prefer to conribute to another organisation. Â I know that anything you can give will mean so much to each of these charities - thank you xx
Me & Dee - Â a Nottinghamshire based charity supporting families with children who have terminal illnesses. Â ME & DEe help to create special memories when the families need it most
Mission Christmas/ Cashfor kids  South Yorkshire & Derbyshire - a brilliant charity who provide Christmas presents to children in our area who otherwise wouldn't have anything.  Last year, the team distributed  more than 18,000 gifts in our region.  So the odd £5 here and there makes a big difference to children on Christmas morning  Â
