About the Workshop

I would like to invite you to join us on Thursday 21 October 2021 for a 30 minute online Yoga  Nidra taster session and a short conversation about Sleeping Like a Baby!

Rachel Armstrong of Stretch Armstrong Yoga, and I will be holding the space for you from 6.15pm - 7.15pm on Thursday 21 October 2021.

Over the past 4 weeks I have been running my Sleep Like a Baby! course designed to improve the quality of your sleep.  The ladies who have been on the course were offered a chance to experience Yoga Nidra, a fantastic relaxing yoga practice for anyone who is struggling to sleep well.

Please don't be put off by the "yoga" part - it does not involve bending yourself into all sorts of positions!  Yoga Nidra is perfect for anyone who is feeling tired, exhausted or fatigued because:

  • It involves lying still while all snuggly and warm, so will not deplete your energy levels or leave you feeling uncomfortable
  • Your only activity is to listen to Rachel's voice as she guides you through the session to calm and relax your body and mind

We encourage you to bring along whatever you need in order to feel comfortable to lie still for 30 mins.  Blankets, pillows, cushions, mats - whatever you need so that you are able to relaxe, let go and enjoy!

​My approach to all things involving sleep is - Try it out!  It's the only way to find out what works for you and whether Yoga Nidra will make a difference to the qualiy and quantity of your sleep

There's no charge for the taster session as we would like to encourage as many people as possible to join us and try out Yoga Nidra is and how my Sleeping Like a Baby!  course may help you.
