What's happening at Reconnecting You
You're warmly invited...

Some parts of Reconnecting You are here whenever you need them.

Others happen when we come together.

Throughout the year, I host webinars, Kitchen Table Conversations, Reconnecting Practice Circles and other opportunities to explore, reflect and reconnect alongside other people.

You don't need to join everything.

And you certainly don't need to know where any of it might lead.

Simply have a look at what's coming up and see whether anything feels like a conversation you'd enjoy being part of.

Owning Your Energy Webinar

The Illusion of Control and the Cost to Your Energy

3.00–3.45pm

Living with unpredictable energy can make us understandably want to find the rules that will keep us safe.

What to eat.
When to rest.
How much to do.
What to avoid.

Those rules often begin as protection.

But sometimes, without us even noticing, protection can begin to feel like restriction.

In this free Owning Your Energy conversation, we'll gently explore the relationship we can develop with ourselves while trying to manage fatigue — and ask a different question:

What have my rules been trying to protect me from?

No judgement.

No suggestion that you should simply stop doing the things that help you feel safe.

Just a little curiosity about what might be happening underneath them.

Kitchen Table Conversations

Four conversations about energy, exhaustion

... and everything we carry

11am–12pm

Sometimes understanding fatigue isn't only about understanding what our bodies are doing.

It's also about becoming curious about everything we've been carrying alongside it.

Over four weeks, we'll gather around the virtual kitchen table and gently explore:

15 September

What if your exhaustion isn't the hardest thing you've been carrying?

22 September
Your energy tells the story of everything it's been carrying.

29 September
You don't have to fight yourself to move forward.

6 October
Understanding yourself is the beginning of changing your life.

There is no pressure to have answers.

No expectation that you share more than feels comfortable.

Simply four gentle conversations, with time to listen, reflect and perhaps hear yourself a little more clearly.

Friday 25 September

The Reconnecting Practice Circle

A quiet place to pause, reflect and reconnect alongside others

11am–12pm

The Reconnecting Practice is something we mostly do on our own.

One affirmation.

One reflection.

One journal entry.

One small moment of curiosity.

But every now and then, it helps to come together.

The Reconnecting Practice Circle is a gentle monthly Zoom gathering for anyone who has already begun exploring the Reconnecting Practice.

There is no teaching.

No pressure to contribute.

No expectation to attend every month.

Some people talk.

Some simply listen.

Both are equally welcome.

A little further ahead...

You don't have to remember these.

They're simply here so you can see some of the conversations that will be opening around the House over the next few months

October

Owning Your Energy Webinar: Why Can't I Sleep?

Wednesday 14 October  - 2.00–2.45pm

When it feels as though everything would be easier if you could just sleep, it's completely understandable to focus on trying to make sleep happen.

But what if your wakefulness has understandable reasons?

In October we'll explore a gentler way to understand your nights — moving away from trying harder and towards becoming a curious observer of your own sleep.

Perhaps your sleep makes more sense than you realise.

November

Owning Your Energy: Staying Connected to Yourself

Friday 13 November - 12.00–12.45pm

Long-term fatigue can change so much that eventually you may find yourself thinking:

“I've lost myself.”

This conversation offers a gentler possibility:

Perhaps you haven't lost yourself.
Perhaps you've simply lost touch with yourself.

We'll explore the little moments that can quietly bring us back into conversation with ourselves — and how affirmations can become invitations to notice, rather than statements we're supposed to make ourselves believe.

The Reconnecting Practice Circle

Friday 27 November - 11am–12pm

A quiet hour to reconnect with whatever you've been noticing through your own Reconnecting Practice.

And as winter arrives...

There will be more opportunities to come together through December and into the New Year, including the winter Coming Home Kitchen Table Conversations and our monthly Reconnecting Practice Circle.

You don't need to plan for those yet.

I'll share more as we get closer.

If you prefer knowing what's on the horizon, though, you can take a gentle look ahead.

→ See What's Coming Up

However you join me...

The same things matter.

We'll go gently.

You can take part at your own pace.

You don't have to contribute more than feels comfortable.

You won't be expected to have the right answers.

And you can always change your mind.

These aren't spaces where you need to perform.

They're simply opportunities to spend a little time together, become curious about your own experience and see what you notice.

Nothing calling to you today?

That's absolutely fine.

You don't need to join something simply because it's happening.

You can continue exploring Reconnecting You at your own pace and follow whichever conversation feels most useful to you.

→ Explore Reconnecting You

Or, if you'd rather talk things through with me:

→ Explore Conversations

There will always be another conversation.

Another gathering.

Another opportunity to join me when the timing feels right.

So if nothing here feels like yours today, that's okay.

The invitation remains open.
