About the Workshop

Starting in January I am offering the Wintering element of my Your Energy - Your Way programme, a 12 week journey into Self Care and Self Love.

This course lays the foundation for recovery with the first 2 key steps on the Your Energy - Your Way journey:

1.  Preparing YourSELF

This short initial step is all about establishing your starting point so you can see, feel, and measure progress as your energy levels return.  You will set up an exciting, clear and focused vision of what "feeling better" will look like for you in 12 months time.  Having this will give you:

  • Clarity of purpose:  No more "trying" to get better, but a clear plan for your recovery
  • Focus and motivation: To keep you on track and see you through any ups and downs
  • Tools to measure and prove that you are recovering:  Helping you to build up confidence, trust, and belief, in yourself and your body.

2.  SELF Care & SELF Love

This second step is where the magic of Self Care and Self Love happens as you create the physical, mental and emotional space for your body to heal.  You will learn how your personality traits, sensitivities, values and beliefs underpin your fatigue and then how to apply this knowledge to change what's happening within your body. By the end of 12 weeks, you will have:

  • 20-30%* increase in energy levels (*typical improvement from start point)
  • Built a toolkit: Tools and techniques that you know support your body and make you feel better
  • Nurtured your physical, mental and emotional Self, allowing you to recuperate on all levels
  • Started the process of handling the emotions of past experiences

You can take part in Wintering Your Energy - Your Way in three different ways:

As an online course, where you receive weekly videos and SELF Discovery exercises that allow you to look at what you've learned and get curious about how it applies to you.  This level is perfect if you are an independent, self motivated learner.  You will have access to a monthly Q&A session where you can get any questions answered or simply check in.  

As a guided online course, where you receive weekly 1-1 Nurture sessions.  During these 30 minute Zoom calls, you will have access to my knowledge and experience each week to tailor Steps 1 and 2 to meet your specific needs.   This level will suit those who want the freedom to go at their own pace but feel the need for gentle hand holding to ensure you get to where you want to be.  

As a fully supported online course, where you receive weekly 1-1 Resolve sessions alongside the weekly video's and SELF Discovery.  These 60 minute Zoom calls are full therapy sessions to address whatever may be getting in the way of your recovery.  This level of support is particularly useful if you have past experiences and trauma that you feel are contributing to you chronic fatigue that you would like to release.

Payment of the outstanding balance can be arranged as 3 monthly payments or as a one off payment.
