About the Workshop

Why Stress & Anxiety Make Chronic Fatigue Worse

Most people with a chronic fatigue condition such as ME, Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, Fibromyalgia, Post Viral Fatigue or the chronic fatigue related form of long Covid feel that their symptoms are generally worse when they feel stressed or anxious.

There can be many different reasons for the stress and anxiety however the mechanisms that take place within the body in response to that stress and anxiety are well understood.  The impact that this has on a body that is already battling with fatigue can be devastating, leaving you exhausted, frustrated and fed up on top of the stress and anxiety!

This webinar is all about demystifying what's going on in your body so that you can interrupt the response and take steps to avoid further exhaustion and frustration.

This is one of the areas that I love working with clients on.  There are many ways to interupt and redirect your body response once you understand your own particular "tells" - these are the signals that your body gives you to let you know that you need to do something to head off the worsening symptoms.   I get so excited about this aspect of recovery because the tools and techniques work really quickly - the challenge is to find the ones that work best for you.

This webinar is for anyone who

... is struggling with chronic fatigue

... recognises the link between stress and anxiety and their symptoms

... is ready to take action to bring about some change

The webinar will give you information that you can apply so that you can bring about real improvement in your overall health and wellbeing and move you closer to recovery.

Recovery IS possible - really!

I talk about recovery (a lot!) because this is what I help the women I work with to achieve.

I use a proven recovery pathway which involves looking at everything that's going on for you, a truly holistic approach. By working in this way, we look beyond the physical symptoms and tackle the root causes of what is going on for you so that you can go on to live a full life.
