This will be a relaxed, informal session where we: ✨get to know each other ✨walk through how everything works ✨answer any questions ✨help you feel comfortable and supported You don’t need to arrive with lots of energy. You don’t need to get this “right. This programme is designed to support you — step by step, in a way that feels realistic and sustainable. Even small steps matter.
Cancellation Policy
Change or Cancel an appointment: Please contact me as soon as possible to reschedule or cancel your appointment. I would really appreciate a minimum of 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling so that I can make your appointment time available to someone else. If I need to re-schedule, I will try to ensure that you also have a minimum of 24 hours notice. Refunds: Any paid for appointments that are cancelled within 24 hours will not receive a refund. A FULL refund will be given for paid for appointments if more than 24 hours notice is provided for cancellation.
