Service Description
If you've found yourself thinking, "I'd really like some help with my situation", this is your first gentle step The Energy Check-In is simply an opportunity for us to have a conversation about what's going on for you right now. Together, we'll create a little space to explore where you are, what you're finding difficult, and what you feel you need most at the moment. There's no fee, no obligation and absolutely no pressure. Sometimes people leave feeling clearer simply because they've had the chance to talk things through. And if it feels as though I can help further, we can explore what that might look like together. Cancellation Policy
Change or Cancel an appointment: Please contact me as soon as possible to reschedule or cancel your appointment. I would really appreciate a minimum of 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling so that I can make your appointment time available to someone else. If I need to re-schedule, I will try to ensure that you also have a minimum of 24 hours notice.
