About the Workshop
What does the Course involve?
This course runs over 10 weeks and provides a unique chance to explore different aspects of your life, identify areas that are causing you worry, anxiety or stress that you want to change and put plans in place to help you make those changes.
The course will support you in taking those small steps, one at a time, that will get you where you want to go. But first, you need to know where “there” is.
During Week 1 we will spend time
- Working out where your “there” is.
- Breaking down your current situation
- Identifying your priority areas to focus on.
- Agreeing as a group the order that priority areas will be covered
In each of the following 8 weeks, we will delve into areas such as Life Style and Pace, Environment, Movement and Nutrition, Emotions, Relationships, Finances and Life Purpose.
We will work with established coaching tools and other techniques to identify your concerns, gain clarity about the problem and then work out a way forward.
During Week 10 we will take time to re-assess and develop a plan for moving forward confidently.
And how will you know whether this course has helped you?
The most obvious way will be a change in your chronic fatigue. The problem can sometimes be that we don't always notice the small changes. It's a bit like having a growth spurt when you were a child - you didin't notice that you had grown until your trousers were too short!
You will be asked to complete a short Symptoms Impact Questionnaire at the start and end of the course. It will help you to see your personal changes coming from your participation in the course.
The less obvious and more subtle way will be by recognising changes in how you are feeling about your life now, and your future.
Throughout the course, we will be working with tools and techniques that enable you to get really clear on how you are going to develop the kind of life that you want to have, rather than the kind of life you perhaps feel stuck with right now.
It’s all about moving things forward, one step at a time!

Each session will start at 6.30pm and finish at 8pm
You can chose to pay in full or in installments of either 2 or 4 payments.

From 11 November, tickets are priced at £37.50 per session
